College students are, generally speaking, stressed out of their minds. You may not have time to unplug or take a day off, but you can still take small, easy steps to care for your mental health. The Wellness Center (including massage chairs!)
The Counseling Center (free for students)
Rocky Mountain Herbarium (great place to catch some greenery on campus in the long winter months)
